I travel to South Wales to see my family at the Gower Peninsula.
I drive across to South Wales to meet my family who have rented out a holiday cottage at the Gower Peninsula. At the local village, I call my family who come to lead me through the forest to the cottage. Once we sort ourselves out, we head back to the village for an evening meal at a pub.
The next day, we look out of the window to see the house surrounded by rabbits. Once outside we can clearly see how the cottage is situated below a cliff within the forest.
We spend the weekend walking through the forest, which lead to dunes, scrubland and the beach. The weather holds and we have lunch in the garden, with outdoor drinks and playing with the kids in the afternoon. In the evenings we enjoy home cooked meals with deserts drenched in white chocolate liquor.
